It's hard to believe that summer is more or less over. Anyone remember back when school started after labor day and ended mid June? I suppose in some places it still does! Anyway we got back from Disney yesterday and I had to head back to work today. Luckily today and tomorrow are just spent getting the room together and all that and seeing as I never change many things it's not a lot of work. Plus I can bring Brittany along for those days and she is not thrilled about having me going back to work Monday.
Monday... wow hard to believe my summer more or less just flew by.Which is probably partly to do with the fact we're starting a week earlier than usual this year. Monday starts school (which I admit always excites me.) It also starts my first official day as cheer leading adviser... I didn't plan to take it on but I was asked and the truth is I think it'll be fun. My planning period this year is the last period of the day which will get me time to go pick up Britt and make it back to school in time for practice which she'll love to watch and no one cares if she's there for it.
It's going to be an interesting year.
By the way vacation? was amazing. Brittany had a blast as did I and I hope we can make another trip like that soon enough. It really was the most fun time we've had in a very long time. She was more or less at the perfect age for it.

: Happy Birthday Drew.
So we're back from Disney. It was a fun and exhausting trip and I'm sure I'll share all the details later.
First though today was a very important day and while I can't give him what he really wants for his birthday here's hoping this will at least put a smile on his face.
